I'm a 31-year-old entrepreneur, stay-at-home mom of two, and a firm believer that it's never too late to create a better future for yourself and your family.

Before starting Dispatch Her Way, I spent more than six years working as a Medical Assistant, helping people and serving my community. While I enjoyed the work, I eventually found myself searching for something many parents can relate to — more flexibility, more freedom, and a better work-life balance.

Like many people, I grew tired of relying on someone else's schedule, someone else's decisions, and someone else's limitations on my income. I wanted to build something of my own while still being present for my children.

That journey led me to the transportation industry and inspired me to create Dispatch Her Way.

My mission is simple: help owner-operators and trucking companies stay focused on the road while I help manage the details behind the scenes. I believe in professionalism, communication, organization, and building genuine relationships with every client I serve.
