Terms & Conditions

Last updated June 2, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, content, and digital course offered under the brand Dispatch Her Way™ (the "Service"), provided by Dispatch HER Way ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing the course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you're contracting with

The Service is provided by Dispatch HER Way. You can reach us at dispatchherway@outlook.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. The Service

Dispatch Her Way™ is an educational digital course covering how to start and run a truck dispatching business. It includes video lessons, written materials, templates, contracts, scripts, and trackers. Materials are for your personal learning use. The Service is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course and download the templates for your own business and learning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or share access credentials with others. You may not reverse engineer or circumvent any technical limits.

5. Your responsibilities & misuse

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • upload malware, probe, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • share your account or course access with anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — including videos, written lessons, templates, scripts, branding, and software — is owned by Dispatch HER Way or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted in section 4, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Payments, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation terms are set out in the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Course content may be updated, improved, or modified from time to time.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results from applying the course depend on many factors outside our control (your effort, market conditions, carrier relationships, etc.) and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (immediately and without refund where appropriate) if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. When access ends, your licence to the Service ends; downloaded templates remain yours to use.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Dispatch HER Way is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
