We want you to feel confident in your purchase of the Dispatch Her Way™ course. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no hard feelings.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, please:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at dispatchherway@outlook.com with your order number and we'll help you through it.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you ran into a technical issue or billing error, please still reach out — we'll do our best to make it right.
Chargebacks
If you believe there's a problem with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
